Information We Collect
Information You Provide: We only collect personal information when voluntarily submitted to fulfill a specific request, such as processing a donation. You can choose not to provide certain information, though this may prevent you from being able to complete the process where you are entering the data. This information will be used to comply with your request, communicate with you, and improve our web site.
Automatic Information: Like many web site hosts, we receive and store certain types of information when you visit the site, including the data, time, and page views. We also use “cookies” that enable our system to recognize your browser, which save data about individual visitors and allow the visitor’s experience to be customized accordingly.
What Information Gets Shared?
Consistent with its mission to “enhance diversity in business education and leadership,” the web site offers prospective students the opportunity to provide certain information regarding contact information, demographics and background to member schools that the user selects.
CGSM does not share or sell any personally identifying information gathered from our visitors with any outside agencies or companies for marketing purposes. However certain data in aggregated form, i.e., information about multiple individuals collectively without identifying any one individual, such as the total number of visitors to a particular page, may be used to help us better understand the customer experience.
